Expecting parents Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have just plunked down a whopping $60 million for a 1,000-acre estate in the South of France, according to E!
The estate reportedly has 35 bedrooms, a lake, forest, moat, vineyard, indoor and outdoor pools, banquet hall and a gym complete with sauna and jacuzzi. The superstar duo is currently staying at Microsoft exec Paul Allen’s luxurious mansion in the French Riviera.
The Jolie-Pitt’s new home is called Chateau Miraval in a village near Aix-en-Provence. “It’s absolutely unbelievable,” a source told E! “Brad and Angelina are thrilled. They love the place and have already been furniture shopping to fill the place,” the insider added. “They’ve already spent almost another million on furniture and the whole family can’t wait to move in.”
Angie, 32, and Brad, 44, are expecting fraternal twin girls this summer, adding to Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2. The Jolie-Pitts plan to move into their new digs within the next three months.
